Inline monitoring of ozone, humidity, and air flow for data driven product optimization process.
Developed diagnostics system which is able to monitor ozone levels in cleaners product. In turn this allows to collect data that can be used for factual decision making while improving the system. Due to high urgency for the client, the system was developed in record time of 5 weeks. Its important to stress that system is operating in highly corrosive environment and high concentration of ozone. This requires special attention to electronics robustness and other materials robustness against corrosive elements in the system. All data is logged and accessed form the cloud dashboard and system is able to run on Wifi or USB-C interface.
